How I am gonna prepare for the exit exam?  What I need to work on.

Exam always makes me very nervous and I tend to not do too well because I get over nervous.  When I get nervous or feel like I am in a time crunch I tend to make more mistake that I shouldn't be making.  These mistake always cost me and I get very upset at myself for making these minor mistake.
Therefore for this on I am going to try something new.  To prepare for the exit exam I will just relax and not think about it. The night before the exam I will get a good night sleep and have a fresh start in the morning.  To take this exam I am gonna take my time and concentrate.
What I need to work on is work on my concentration and using my time wisely.  If I use my time wisely I will be able to have time to review my work and proof read my writing.  I need to pay attention to my grammar and make less errors.  Also I need to concentrate on what I am doing and take my time.  When I rush and don't concentrate I make mistake that I shouldn't have made.

"Should we raise the age of Medicare eligibility?" from Seneirific News...March 2013 article

The question should we raise the age of Medicare eligility?  This is a tough and hard question to answer but in my opinion I don't believe it should be raise.  The reason I say this is because some seniors over 65 years of age are still working and some can not work, Medicare should be avaiable to seniors 65 years of age and older, and there would be problems for some seniors if the elgibility is raise I believe.
The option after a senior after the age of 65 should be available.  It should be base on the individual senior because they are the one who knows their capablity.  If they need it then the option should be available.  Some senior citizen are still very active and capable of working and don't yet want to retire.  Therefore when they are ready it should be available.  Those that are not able to work should be able to retire and not have to suffer or wait longer to retire.
Age of Medicare eligibility should not be raise but be an option for those that need it after the age of 65.  As people of the United States we have to take care of elders.  And as we get older we should be taken of as well without the hassel.  If a senior is not able to work after the age of 65, then they should have to options to retire with Medicare assistance.
Some seniors 65 years of age and older are not able to work or need assistance and if we raise the eligibility then we only make it harder for those that need it. It could be due to health issue or other issues that they are not able to work and need assitance. I believe we the people should always look out for our seniors and not make life harder for them  as they get older.  The Medicare eligibility should not be change but be available for seniors once they are ready to retire after the age of 65.
We have to think about ourself when we get to that age we want to have it available for us if we need it and therefore we should have it available for our seniors now.  Just think when we get to that age and need it and it wasn't there until we are 75 what are we to do?  We work hard all our lives and this option should not be taken away if we need it once we hit that age.  Also I believe that most seniors will not abuse the systems therefore we should take care of our seniors and let them have the options to rest of thier lives in peace and harmony and not in misery.  This is the least we can do for our seniors.

What event in my life that made me the person I am today.

Life is so fast pace and all we ever do is try to keep up with it.  Keeping up with life is so stressful and puts us through so many challenages.   But we can always over come any challenges as long as we look on the brighter side.  Don't dwell in misery only.  Life is to short and we have to make the best of it.
Growing up with a single parent (my mom) and watching my mom struggle to raise and support us made me who I am today.  My mom in my opinion is a very strong person, a person I respect and look up to the most.  My mom is my inspiration.
Even though my father has pass away a long time ago, she never gave up on us.  She was a single mom raising all ten of us  and never once did she give up.  She never remarried because all her time was devotion was to raise us.  She went through many challenges in life but never once gave up and never once did she get angry because of us.  To me my mom is the most wisest person I know.
Many of our parents may not have degree but by godly they are smartest folks ever.  I personally honor all parents and respect all parents because now being a parent I can understand how hard it is to raise a family and support a family.
My mom has taught me that no matter what the situation is, never give up.  Because giving up is for failure and I certain am not.  Because of this statement I don't ever give up and always give my best at what I do.  I always remember that when I get stress and want to just quit to take a breather and remember the strom will pass just hang on.  My mom always said no problem is too big because there is always a solution for it.  It may not come right away but patient and with determination anything can be over come.
I love my mom the most in the world because she gave me life and has taught me so much to be the person I am today.

What is my writing process

My writing process takes time, thoughts and lots of rough draft.  In order for me to start a writing a paper I have to pick a subject.  I think about the subject and figure out what I know about it before I can even put in on paper.   Once I figure it out and have ideas I will jot all my ideas on a piece of paper.  Then I figure how to organize what I really want to write on regarding the subject.  I would organize my thoughts in an outline format or by brainstroming.  After all that I start my first to writte my first rough draft.  Once I finish with my rough draft I read it and make correction I feel needed or add more details if I feel the need to.  I think my rough draft process takes the longest because I do it several time.  I have to write several rough draft before I get it the way I feel it is good enough.   Once I feel its good enough I then type my paper and even then I correct or add as I type my paper.  Even with my almost complete paper I would re-read my paper again and make correction or add details if I need it.  Writing take a long and time comsuming process for me.  I try to get it the best I feel it should be and even so I still makes mistake.

Why I decided to come to Mountain View College?

I chose to come to Mountain View College for many reason.  My reasons are location, financial reason and I want to get my basic done at a Junior College.
Mountain View College conveniently located on freeway and not far from where I live therefore it is the best choice.  Also now a days everything is costly and I have to cut cost therefore just to get my basic I've decided to attend Mountain View College.  Getting my basic done at Junior College makes more sense then pay high tuition for the same at a University.

I have decided to go back to college after many long years and prolonging.  You wonder why?  Well for one I am doing this for myself, to better my career in the corporate world.  Another reason is because I want to be able to provide a better future for myself and my family.  My last reason is to prove to my children that no matter what age or how long a person has been out of school, anyone can get a college degree.  No matter the age or how long ago it's been, as long as a person works hard and are dedicate anything is possible even going back to college for a degree.  I know time doesn't wait for any of us but if we have the time or can make the time and have the motivation it is never to late to get a college degree I believe.
